I will be in Cedar Rapids with an insurance / financial services team, for the first of a three-part series, and we will be talking about Culture Build - Engagement, Motivation, and Appreciation.
The team members participating recently moved into supervisory roles and are no longer front-line team members. I cannot wait to dig into the stories, strategies, and complexities of the work and how to navigate the challenge of moving into a leader role!
