My kids and I recently, as part of our JOY calendar, journaled about this in our IKAGAI journal. I love that the book is designed to show you the Japanese secret to living a long, happy, purpose-filled life. It allows us to reflect on our dreams, our interests, and our passions. My kids ideas are so funny and great!
