I’ll be honest… I was PRETTY confident that I get 10,000 steps each day, but this challenge made me realize I needed to carve out more time for walking.

I’ll be honest… I was PRETTY confident that I get 10,000 steps each day, but this challenge made me realize I needed to carve out more time for walking.


In fact, I'm thinking of joining a Pilates gym in the near future to try that out… so maybe that'll help me get some more steps


BASICALLY: if you see me randomly walking around, don’t ask. I have goals people!


We're going to be starting week seven and will bump up to 10,000 steps… and I've been trying to do that already, so this will be interesting!
