A few weeks ago, I was the keynote speaker at a large property management company’s annual meeting, and the feedback I received was powerful!


The company president had asked for the session to be a celebration for her team and also a time to think about the upcoming growth and associated challenges and complexities that come along with it. She wanted components of culture build, impact, and of course, JOY.


It can be hard for a speaker or facilitator to know whether people actually take the tools and strategies forward with them and implement them.


To the President’s surprise, about 25% of their maintenance team members came to talk to her personally after the session and shared how helpful it was.
