I remember September 14, 2021… the date of the very FIRST Rising Tides Connection Conference.
It was also the day that Dawn Pingel Budd first shared a dream that she had been keeping tucked away.
A graphic designer by trade, her dream had always been to own her own restaurant.

The Rising Tides Conferences (she has attended three) was the nudge she needed to go for it!
Five or six Rising Tides attendees, in the areas of project management, financial planning, leadership coaching, and the small business development center, ended up becoming the perfect storm of people and resources for her new endeavor.
