Join us at Rising Tides for an interactive drawing experience….there may be bar napkins involved!
A little more about Jeff:
Jeff Koterba is an award-winning creative whose cartoons regularly appear in over 800 newspapers around the globe. His original drawings have also flown around the globe—on space shuttle Discovery.
Additionally, his cartoons have been exhibited in Paris, and elsewhere in France, including alongside Picasso.
An artist in residence at the PACE Center—Pottawattamie, Arts, Cultural & Entertainment where he explores through paintings and installations, his fascination with bad weather, space travel, and more.
Entertainment Weekly called his memoir, Inklings: “…a powerful and moving portrait of an artist.” A two-time TEDx speaker, he often speaks on how Tourette’s Syndrome is connected to his creative process.
Jeff writes music, sings, and plays guitar and mandolin in his swing band, Prairie Cats, and has performed at South by Southwest and the World Trade Center in New York.
An occasional fill-in host for Otis Twelve on Omaha's classical 90.7 FM, if you have a chance to listen, you might just hear him announcing a piece by a French composer.
