I have a massive stack of Post-it notes that initially covered my entire desk. (I had to eventually make them into a stack so I could get back to my work )
Why?
Because I have a dream for 2024… I’m thinking about launching a podcast.
And in typical fashion, I pulled out the post-it notes and planned out this idea.
I want the podcast to have nuggets of connection, have a good ripple effect, and create momentum for myself and others. Seeing how this idea moves from post-it notes to reality will be exciting.
It’s that time of year when all of us business owners and corporate leaders dream and plan for the following year.
And this all comes from zooming in and out and figuring out what you want your life (and work) to look like.
For you, maybe it's an entrepreneur business book, podcast, or something that encourages people to go out there or finally start that business!
Or, maybe you are crafting a strategy for your team or department that will inspire, engage, and produce results!
But also, think about what you need your mindset to look like. What does it take to make this dream happen in 2024… with confidence, experimenting, and not letting perfection get in your way?
