So this brings me back to my college days a bit… but remember student workers?
My roommate in college worked over at the pool and I worked in Admissions and Student Life, but maybe you worked in the dining hall or in library…
Well, I get to speak to the leaders and staff overseeing the Wartburg College student workers!
I’ll be speaking about feedback and culture, talking through generational strategies, and how leaders can help students be engaged and navigate the limbo between college and the working world (recall what you were like back then… and you’ll get it, lol).
We will celebrate the wisdom and experience that the staff provides these young minds and reflect on the Good Ripple Effect they have in the world!
