Good people bring out the good in other people.

Walking to my car at the end of the final session (feeling fully accomplished and slightly drained from all the people-ing), I kept coming back to the idea that, good people bring out the good in other people.

Few weeks ago I had an extra busy day, two leader coaching sessions in the morning, a mid-day virtual training (The Art of Giving Feedback) with an internet security company, and then a keynote (Secrets to Developing Positive Team Culture) with a large transportation company. It was the perfect mix of 1x1, small group, and large group.

Sure, every organization has complexities and nuances, and it is not always easy to get everyone moving the same direction, but at the end of the day the people make the organization, they create the ripple effect.

My hope is that those audiences felt a boost of energy, equipped with strategies, and also the realization of the good they are doing in the world.
