I spent a lot of time thinking about and shifting my habits this past year.
I realized that I was putting my exercise last. It became something I could do after taking care of the kids, house, job, and family. If those were all good, THEN I could work out.
I wasn't working out.
So I began to shift this in 2023 and reprioritize my days, so working out wasn't always pushed off.
In 2024, I am making shifts to find more reading time, and I'll also sprinkle in some nutrition.
The biggest key to these habit shifts was realizing that it doesn't have to be all day every day!
A couple times a week was all it took to replace my old habits.
