Who couldn't use more organization, prioritization, and time management skills?! Last week I had the opportunity to facilitate a workshop during the construction leadership series at Kirkwood Community College.

During this workshop, we practiced assessing situations and managing interactions, including conversations, even more effectively. Because today’s leaders must manage all resources effectively and efficiently, including time and priorities. Which makes communication skills critical.

We also examined time management methods, learned how to plan more effectively, and how to apply newly learned techniques to the construction industry.

What a great group of leaders!
